Kristen Pawloski is a Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years in medicine. She is dually Board Certified in Adult Gerontology and Acute Care Medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Kristen is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Alabama for their Graduate Nurse Practitioner Program.

Kristen received her aesthetic training from Aesthetic Medical Educators Training (AMET) and from the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics (AAFE). She has also received advanced certifications through Sciton Laser, Revance, Medical Weightloss, Dermaplane Pro, Galderma, Allergan, Lutronic Aesthetic Laser, Skin Better Science, Merz and Dr. Kyle Farr, DNP.

Kellie Proctor, MSN, RN, CNOR is an experienced aesthetic nurse injector and Master prepared Registered Nurse with nearly two decades of acute care and surgical nursing experience, beginning her career in 2006. She currently serves as a Clinical Nurse Supervisor and OR Charge Nurse at Michigan Medicine and is a Certified Operating Room Nurse (CNOR).

Kellie has advanced training through the American Academy of Facial Esthetics in botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, PDO smooth and lifting threads, and therapeutic injections for TMJ and migraine, combining surgical precision with an artistic approach to natural-looking results.

Kellie earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan, where she also completed a certificate in Trauma-Informed Care, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University. She previously founded Tres Soign Med Spa (2022), building a practice from the ground up and caring for more than 400 aesthetic patients in three years. Her aesthetic philosophy is inspired by meticulous care thoughtfully tailored to each individual.

Kellie has also participated in international surgical mission trips with Healing the Children. She maintains strong ties to her family and community. her father served as a local police officer, her mother has supported her career since day one, and her sisters helped her build Tres Soign.
